Organic Light Tahini (sesame seed paste)
Light tahini is made using roasted and hulled sesame seeds (different from dark tahini, where the seeds aren't hulled).
Sesame seeds are a good source of calcium, great for bone health. They also provide plenty of iron. In fact gram for gram they contain more iron than liver and so are a really good source of iron for vegetarians
