Witch Hazel is good for cleansing cuts, grazes and wounds as an antiseptic water.Can be useful for red, puffy eyes, apply to a cotton pad and rest on closed eyes, avoid getting witch hazel in the eyes. Can also be useful in helping with restless leg syndrome. Apply to the base of the feet before bed.
NOT to be used for cooking!
