Tempeh (sometimes called tempe) is made from fermented soy beans and is a popular meat replacement.
It has a firmer texture than tofu and can be used in everyday dishes, like Asian cuisine, stir-fry or Indonesian.
This tempeh is not refrigerated (but needs refrigeration after opening), so it is safe for us to post it out.
Tempeh is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
