MCT stands for medium-chain triglycerides. A triglyceride is a type of fat, or lipid, found in your body that plays two main roles, triglycerides can be burned for energy, or stored as body fat.

These longer and more complex triglycerides take a lot more time to be broken down by your body than the shorter, less complex MCTs. Suggestions on how to use MCT creamer:
